A long time
Yes, it’s been a long time since my last ramble. VAL has been very quiet in the past few weeks. Eric and I were on vacation. Separately, mind you. Tonight, we are regrouping at the LOVE DEN on Berenice to shake the rust off. Preparations for the Aug 12th block party are taking shape, and we hope to have our guitar wiz, Andy back with us soon.
I still owe you all the pictures from the Double Door show. I’ll get them up when I can. Ricky is a very busy boy.
Lately, there’s not much in the news to get happy about. And so I suggest shutting off the radio or the tube, and listening to your favorite music. That’s the one thing about music. It’s essentially timeless. And it’s been proven to help certain health conditions. Including anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure.
